Someone once said that my performance felt like I was hanging on by a thread made of steel. It’s that combination of strength and vulnerability that I try to bring to every book I narrate. This is also what has allowed me the honor of playing many strong yet deeply flawed women and girls in over 60 audiobooks (many under a pseudonym). My mother was a counselor and helped me understand the way people think and act. When you can understand the motives behind a person’s actions, it’s easier to open your heart to them. This ability allows me to connect with the characters I portray. My warm, calming, sometimes sultry voice lends itself to expressing the subtle nuances of the human spirit.

I love the idea of bringing an author’s words to life. It’s an artistic partnership that I find unique and rewarding. I have enjoyed narrating many romance novels and am excited to expand to all other genres including sci-fi/fantasy, mystery, and self-help.
